Each Thomas Bird shoe style is based on a three dimensional 'last'. This determines the look and the fit. Some styles share the same last. These descriptions give some guidance to fit and sizing.

Benson/Ellington/Buckingham

Slightly chiselled toe. Standard width and toe. Benson and Ellington are wholecut oxfords. Buckingham is a derby so may suit some people with a slightly higher instep.

Bourne/Eastwood

Rounded toe. Standard width and fit. A little more generous on width. View Bourne monk shoe or Eastwood chelsea boots.

Hampton

Slightly chiselled toe. Standard width and toe. Hampton penny loafers.

Harrow

Slightly chiselled toe. Standard width and fit. A little more generous on width. Harrow oxford.
