Rewards Scheme Terms and Conditions

Thomas Bird Shoes Ltd, 'the Company', aim to be fair as possible and for customers to fairly benefit from the scheme. Points may be added or deducted on the discretion of the Company. For example, returned and refunded orders will deduct points associated with the order. We reserve the right to deduct points or vouchers where in our view the scheme has not been used fairly. Examples might include posting referral links on social media/commercial/affiliate sites, posting/following on social media then deleting or not confirming the post or any other ways of abusing the scheme. Any points not redeemed into vouchers will expire after 2 years. One voucher can be used per order. Points or vouchers have no financial value and are non-transferable to other persons. The Company may from time to time alter the scheme, terms and conditions, for example changing the earning rules or ratio between points and vouchers. In any dispute regarding use of points or vouchers the Company's decision is final. The Company reserves the right to cancel the scheme in which case points and vouchers unused will have no value.
