Delivery/Shipping

Orders are normally despatched within 1 working day.

UK: FREE next working day courier to UK mainland addresses.
Europe: FREE for orders over £100, approximately 3-4 working days.
USA and Rest of World: FREE for orders over £100, approximately 4-5 working days.

Exchanges and Returns

We will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days for any product returned in an original, unworn condition in their original packaging.

We therefore recommend you try them on a carpeted surface to assess the fit so that the uppers and soles are not marked in any way. Also take care not to take heavy steps that will bend or crease the leather.

Please contact us first if you want to return an order and let us know of you would like a different size or a full refund.

UK returns are free. We offer a subsidised European return label for £10 and for the USA/Rest of World it is £25.

Exchanges/replacement items will be sent out FREE with no additional outwards shipping charge.

UK Returns

We offer a Free returns /exchange label, via Collect+. Please email us at help@tblon.com and advise us if you are able to print the label or if you require it printing for you, when you hand the return to the Collect+ drop off location of your choice.

Alternatively, send the order back to the address below and we will credit the cost of doing so up to the value of £10 (typically 1st class post for example is well below this amount).

International Returns

The return cost is the responsibility of the customer.  However we offer a pre-paid subsidised return label service, £10 Europe and £25 rest of world .

Please be sure to mark the return customs form clearly as 'returned goods' as we are unable to pay for fees or duty due to clear customs at the UK border.

Returns due to non-receipt by customer

Any returns costs as the result of an order not being accepted by the customer, where the courier has to return the package to us, will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Damaged Returned Items

If products are returned damaged, worn, marked or creased, they will not be eligible for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to them if they wish to have the products back.
