Thomas Bird Shoes recognises a contract to exist with the customer once an order has been accepted by us, full payment received (including any postage & packaging) and the goods despatched.

We ask that all return postage costs are to be paid for by the customer, unless the goods are found to be faulty.

For deliveries to destinations outside the EU, Thomas Bird Shoes will not be held liable for any possible charges arising from customs or import duties levied on the goods despatched.

Any disputes not covered by these terms and conditions & all information stated on this website, will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales. We take all studio photographs of our shoes from genuine bulk production stock (not custom made samples) to give you the closest possible representation of the actual item you will receive. Despite our best efforts, differences in monitor resolution & settings may result in slight variation to the actual goods received.
