Like brown, the lighter and slightly more yellow shades of tan are a classic and versatile colour. Tan shoes and boots can be successfully paired with many outfits. Tan looks good with neutral colours and navy/blue. Some people prefer tan to brown as it is a little more relaxed and less formal. If you like natural tones you may also like the darker and richer ones of brown or the warmer tones of chestnut.

The bold and bright red color on these scarlet bensons are what attracted me to these unique shoes. And they are utterly stunning and gorgoues on the foot. While these daring shoes require confidence to wear they are still very versatile and can be toned down with charcoal grey or light brown (tan) slacks. And for a courageous but sharply elegant contrast they can be paired with navy blue or white jeans and green colored dress shirts. I am excited to wear these shoes in the upcoming holiday season.
